I just started using Advantage and it is way better customer service that I had before with 8 x 8. They were able to keep all the same phones and quickly change. They are quick to respond with any issue that might come up. I would suggest them for any phone and internet! Autumn helped with the whole process!

We just got new business phones from Advantage Telecom. It was as smooth as possible transition from the old style phone system to new. No loss of service in the transfer. The new phones and the features they have are fantastic. The crew was great and I was shocked at how well it went. Nothing like some of the horror stories I've heard from others using AT&T and the large companies. Competent, quality local service and support is the best in my book. If you want better than what you have now I would definitely give these guys a call.

Highly recommend this company! Hands down the best costumer service! We have been working with Advantage Telecom for over 3 years and when it came moving our systems, they were amazing! I must give a shout out to the following, Autumn, Paul and Tiffany, they are the best!!!!
